Generate a high quality list of people who currently work in your ideal role. For example, if I was trying to find someone who works in marketing, here are a few search queries I would try inputting into LinkedIn:
"social media manager" OR "social media coordinator" OR "social media strategist" OR "social media marketing manager" OR "social media marketing" AND NOT ("intern" OR āgraphic designā). Then I would filter for the location/country Iām looking for roles in.
Scrape the list using Phantombusterās LinkedIn sales navigator export or search export. This is a good tutorial on how to use them.
Use LinkedIn network booster to automate outreach to the list. Make sure you donāt exceed LinkedInās messaging limits. You can read more about these limits here.
Write a compelling message (i.e. do not write the standard outreach message everyone writes on LinkedIn). Get creative ;).
