JoinRelentless.com Reviews-Don’t Pay Until You See This

Overview

If you’re wondering whether Relentless (or joinrelentless) is worth the investment, you’re not alone.

I get questions like this all the time – and I get it.

Job search services can feel like a gamble, and you don’t want to throw money at something without knowing what you’re getting into.

So, here’s the deal.

I’m laying it all out – the good, the bad, and the stuff we’re working on.

No sugarcoating.

What People Love About Relentless

A lot of our clients walk away pretty happy, and here’s why:

  • We make the job search easy. Our onboarding process gets a lot of praise. You get access to it after paying our initiation fee, and we break things down step by step with videos you can pause and replay. No guessing, no confusion – just follow along, and you’re good.
  • You actually learn something. Beyond just booking interviews, many clients mention how much our branding and negotiation tips taught them something that they’re going to use on every job search on their own moving forward post-relentless.
  • It saves time. We take everything associated with getting interviews off your plate. We find jobs for you, apply to jobs for you, tailor your resume to every job, email hiring managers for you, send linkedin messages for you… the list is endless. If you’re juggling a full-time job or family responsibilities, this part is invaluable.
  • It works. We’ve had plenty of people start seeing interviews within weeks of onboarding. It’s not overnight magic, but it’s faster than the Do-It-Yourself approach for most.
  • We’re in your corner. Our team actually cares. Whether it’s feedback on your pitch or quick responses to questions, a lot of people point out how supported they feel.

Where We Could Be Better

Relentless isn’t perfect – I won’t pretend it is.

Some clients have frustrations, and I take those seriously.

Here’s the most common stuff we hear:

  • Things can feel too quiet after onboarding. A handful of clients feel like the initial setup is great, but then it gets too hands-off. We’re working on building in more check-ins during the process so that clients don’t feel left alone. We’ve recently implemented weekly check-in calls and that’s been helpful.
  • Our portal can lag. Some people say our product is a little slow to navigate. We’re working on making it faster and easier to navigate, but it’s nowhere near as seamless as using your iphone.
  • More interview requests. When a candidate’s targeting a job that’s in much lower demand, we still struggle to book interviews for them. For example, our recruiters had a tough time running searches with us in 2024. The only real solution here ends up being extending their search far past the usual timeline we’d run a search. Alternatively, we do help people pivot to targeting new roles when they’ve got a comparable skillset in a different role target.
  • Wrong job matches. This is a big one. Sometimes applications go out for roles that aren’t quite right. We’re tightening the filters to make sure we’re aiming closer to the mark. Our system’s improved every year since we’ve started, but this is still an area for us to improve on.

Is Relentless Right for You?

Look – Relentless works best for people who are:

  • Able to afford our pricing, including our initiation fee and success fee.
  • Willing to put effort into interview prep.
  • Aiming for high-paying roles that are in-demand in the current economy.
  • Too busy to handle job applications and email outreach, to ultimately land interviews, on their own.

If you’re looking for overnight results or aren’t interested in feedback and coaching, Relentless probably isn’t your best bet.

We do our best work with clients who are ready to engage and collaborate.
